How do I book My Tribe Vibe party?

Which areas do you service?
We currently service in and around Pretoria, Midrand and Centurion. A transport fee may apply based on the distance to your home from our offices.
Do you offer delivery and set up for My Tribe Vibe slumber party?
Our friendly staff arrive to setup and style your magical party before your first guests arrive. We also come back the following day to break down and pack up.
How much space do I need for My Tribe Vibe slumber Party?
Our setup measure 1.87m from the back of the teepee to the front of the mattress, the bed trays add an extra 35cm. We therefore need about 2.25m in length for each teepee. The width of each teepee measures 95cm. The teepees can be arranged in a number of different configurations depending on space available. The area where the teepees are to be set up need to be cleared and ready for set-up.
What age do we cater for?
We have several themes available that cater for ages 7 to 16 years of age.
Do you accommodate for boys & girls?
We accommodate both boys and girls. We currently have 6 magical girls themes and 5 boys themes available. You can also make up your own theme using our selection of various fabrics.
Can we host a My Tribe Vibe slumber party outside?
My Tribe Vibe teepees are better suited for indoor use, however, weather permitting, a slumber party can be hosted outside with prior arrangements. Please note that our teepees are not water resistant.
What bedding comes with My Tribe Vibe slumber party?
My Tribe Vibe uses 100% cotton sheets and hollow fibre duvet inners covered with cotton duvet covers. Our foam mattresses and super comfy and are protected with waterproof mattress covers.
Is your bedding clean?
We make sure all our bedding is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each party. Guests are however required to bring their own pillows for hygienic reasons.
When should I request a booking for My Tribe Vibe slumber party?
You should book in as soon as you have finalised a date. This ensures that your preferred theme is available on party date. A payment of 50% deposit secures your booking. Final numbers can be confirmed a week before the slumber party but we ask that you are as accurate as possible so that we can ensure everything you need to make your party magical is available.
When is the balance of my payment due?
The balance of your payment is due the day before we set up My Tribe Vibe slumber party.
Are there any rules I should be aware of?
Parents should ensure that partygoers do not damage any equipment as this will incur an extra charge. All crafting activities should be undertaken away from the tent area. Nail polishes, fabric paints etc are difficult to get out of the linen. Please ensure that if finger and toe nails are painted that they are dry before entering the tent area. Glow sticks if broken should be removed from the tent area immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
Can children eat in My Tribe Vibe Teepees?
Absolutely, however, please ask them to be mindful of what they are eating and drinking in the teepees to ensure that linen does not get stained. We provide breakfast trays so that children can place their water, hot chocolate, midnight snack or popcorn for movie watching. Breakfast can be enjoyed the next morning on their breakfast trays.
Can you host a My Tribe Vibe slumber party?
We unfortunately do not stay and host the party, but we make sure everything is set up just as you need it.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel 4 weeks or less from the party date, you will forfeit the deposit paid.
